I grew up in Kent, WA and complete my undergraduate education at Washington State University at the Pullman campus as a first-generation college student. I got my degree in Biochemistry-Molecular Biology and did research in a Women’s Reproductive health lab. I am interested in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OBGYN, and endocrinology, but I am open to exploring other specialties, as well. Outside of medicine and academics I am interested in hockey, formula 1, and sports photography. I used to be a photographer for the WSU men’s hockey team, have worked with the Spokane Chiefs, and photographer races at a dirtbike racetrack over the summer! I am looking forward to connecting with everyone in the program and doing my part in advancing health outcomes within Latinx communities.
